Monthly deliverables

This is not a review of every record held by FMCSA or a State agency.

After enrollment, your company adds Fleet Safety Advisors as an authorized user in the FMCSA Portal. Your company retains control of its account and access.
We review the SMS data available through carrier-authorized FMCSA access, document the starting point, identify meaningful patterns, and create the first action tracker.
After FMCSA’s monthly SMS update, you receive a clear report showing what changed, what requires attention, progress on prior actions, and the next recommended steps.
No standing monthly meeting is required. This service is built for carriers that want consistent expert oversight and a written action plan without a recurring meeting schedule.
